Good fortune

Last night Ellie and I ordered in Chinese food. She had some rice, a bite of broccoli, and a few licks of her fortune cookie in addition to her usual vegetable puree and mixed grain baby cereal. Her first-ever fortune read, "Put your mind into planning today. Look into the future."
