Ellie and her baby cam Last night we took Ellie to a local university's infant lab. She and I participated in 3 studies about parent-child interaction--it was really funny! Objectively, it turns out that Ellie and I communicate v. well with each other, that she has a wicked long attention span, and that she's really understanding object permanence. She was a star! When the hour was up, the research team gave Ellie a school t-shirt with "Baby Scientist" written on it. How funny is that? (Not as funny as the pic with the baby cam on her head, but still pretty amusing.)
